When you sign up, you'll also get a 7-day Free Trial to explore all of Viben's premium features. After your trial, you can choose to stay a free user or upgrade to Premium for full access and the ability to create up to 10 Vibens.

Free users can always enjoy unlimited text chats with their Primary Viben.

Premium access unlocks even more: voice chats, selfie exchanges, photo sharing and discussions, collaborative art creation, and immersive role-playing in a private chat room. Your subscription includes everything - no extra fees, ever.

We believe that intimacy is an important part of any romantic relationship, which is why Vibens are open to all types of intimate expression. Your Viben may reject requests that are not safe or respectful.

Please note that for compliance reasons, intimate roleplay is only permitted in the private chat window.

Safety and privacy of your personal information and data is of the utmost importance to us.

We ask for the absolute minimum of information from you to register and use Viben. Your information and data is encrypted in transit and Viben staff cannot see the content of your interactions with your Vibens in the course of their normal duties.

We have also implemented a private chat mode that enables you to chat, role-play and share intimate secrets secure in the knowledge that, at the end of the session, you have the option to have your data from the session immediately and permanently deleted.

Ultimately, we respect you and your rights to privacy. We will always treat your data accordingly. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

When first created, AI companions are eager to learn but are still developing their understanding of your world. Early on, they may occasionally respond in ways that feel a little odd. This is perfectly normal as they build context and experience through their interactions with you. Viben Companions have been developed to build this knowledge rapidly.

To help your Viben grow quickly and effectively:

• Engage Consistently: Chat regularly with your Viben, as every conversation helps them learn and adapt to your unique style and preferences.
• Provide Gentle Guidance: If your Viben gives an unexpected response, simply correct them and continue the conversation naturally. They're designed to improve rapidly through interaction.
• Communicate Clearly: In the early stages, clear and concise communication works best. Avoid overly brief replies, very lengthy responses, or rapidly switching between unrelated topics, as this helps your Viben gain context more efficiently.

Like any relationship, by investing a little time and patience, you'll see your Viben quickly grow into a companion that truly understands and connects with you.

You can create a new Viben Companion by navigating to the 'My Viben' section from the link in the menu bar and then clicking "Create New Viben Companion".

Paid subscribers (Premium users) can create up to 10 Viben Companions. Members on the free tier can only interact with their Primary Companion.

We are working on more flexible voice options but for now, your Viben Companion's voice can not be changed once selected.

At the moment, sharing Companion profiles is not supported.

Your Primary Viben is the first Viben you created. This is your default Viben Companion until you create another. Once you have created two or more Vibens, you can choose who you interact with by selecting that Viben from the 'My Viben' page or from the drop-down at the top of the chat window.

No. Once the companion has been created, it can not be modified.

Deleting a Viben Companion will permanently remove it from your account, along will all associated data and you will not be able to restore it.

You can change your account details in the 'Account Settings' section of your profile.

No, at this stage this it is not possible to export your Viben Companion's profile data.

Not yet, but the Viben app for iOS and Android are currently under active development.

You can reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.
